UPDATE:Today as I was doing errands, my car started to act up. I don't handle stress too well, so I became anxious and headed directly to Gurley Leep Honda. As I pulled in, Trey was walking out and recognized me, I told him what was going on and he asked me to head straight to service. As I got to service, I was more anxious for fear of being turned away without an appointment. Curt was the supervisor (and a BLESSING!), I told him what was happening and what Trey said and he calmed me down and told me that they would definitely look at my car. Kurt was very kind and understanding and all in all, it looked like it was due to a need for a oil change, transmission flush and air filter change. I can't thank Trey and Curt enough for getting me in right away and taking good care of me. You have a customer for life!!Great experience always with Gurley Leep Honda!I purchased my 2012 Honda Fit in April/May 2017 from Trey, who STILL contacts me today to make sure I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. I knew the car I wanted, walked on the lot and Trey quickly found the vehicle and never pressured me into looking for something else. He walked me through the car, noted any issues and worked with me making sure all was taken care of. Even recently, when I went to replace the battery and had issues with the radio, I stopped in and Trey quickly assessed the issue and made sure to contact me back to make sure all was taken care of, which it was. In the next couple months, my husband will be looking for a new vehicle and we are making sure to stop into see Trey first!
Curt Seifert in the service department is amazing. He is easy to talk to and really explains what is going on. I recommend him to all my friends who drive Honda’s! He will always be my go to when it comes to my Accord.
